Performance-based session for active bodies. Focused deep tissue plus tight mobility work to reduce soreness and support range of motion. Includes: Warm towel comfort for hands & feet, Biotone Dual-Purpose Cream for grip & recovery work. Designed for: Lifters, runners, "desk athletes," post-training soreness. Notes: Stretch & Mobility +15 add-on available for deeper work (sold separately). For pre-event athletes, hand/foot towels are brief or skipped on request.

Book in advance online or by contacting us directly. A valid credit card is required to hold your spot. Cancellation Policy Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Less than 24 hrs → 50% fee or session credit forfeited • No-shows / same-day → 100% charge or full credit loss Repeat offenders may lose booking privileges. Rescheduling You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no penalty. Changes within 24 hours follow the cancellation policy above. Late Arrivals Sessions end at the scheduled time even if you arrive late. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and relax. Refunds & Credits All payments and deposits are non-refundable. Credits may be applied toward future sessions if canceled within policy. Membership credits follow your plan’s rollover and expiration rules.
